• Contact details you submit through enquiry, contact or subscription forms — typically your name and email address, plus any message you choose to send us.
• Limited technical information automatically collected when you visit the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) via cookies and analytics tools.
• We do not collect or store donation payment details on this site. Donations are processed by GoFundMe; their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.

We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, sign up for updates, or otherwise interact with the site. We use it to:

• respond to your enquiries;

• operate, maintain and improve the site and our programs;

• GoFundMe (for donations made via our fundraiser);

Overseas disclosure (APP 8): some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled in a way consistent with the APPs.
